Health probes

GET /healthz returns 200 for liveness, including while review execution is disabled. Disabled GET /readyz returns 503 not_ready; re-enabling restores the existing readiness checks. It also returns 503 when required local readiness settings are invalid. Direct-only operation accepts an empty gateway URL; any nonblank gateway origin must be valid. When Python analysis is enabled, its sidecar must pass readiness.

GET /readyz reads active configuration through Drupal's Config API. It does not probe APISIX, provider, Git, database connectivity or queue execution.

A probe does not make an APISIX or paid provider request and does not prove that provider credentials, the APISIX signer, worker or external dependencies work. Use authenticated synthetic reviews in an isolated environment for that separate acceptance check. See installation for the required setup.

The review execution switch rejects new authenticated, permitted submissions with 503 service_unavailable and pauses pending work before its start decision. Readiness is not an immediate revocation of work already past that decision.
